ABOUT TRAVEL MANAGEMENT CLUB

The Travel Management Club was established in 1978 as a voluntary study group primarily focused on the overseas travel sector. In 2025, we will celebrate our 47th anniversary, and we have grown into an organization with 160 members. The members of The Travel Management Club consist of business executives from across the tourism industry, including major and small/medium-sized travel agencies, land operators, cruise specialists, airlines, hotels, national tourism organizations, tourism-related schools, IT service providers, insurance companies, and industry press, among others.

The fundamental stance of The Travel Management Club is to be "a place for learning business and a relaxed forum for expanding industry networks." Our activities are wide-ranging, including monthly meetings featuring renowned guests, New Year's lectures, and various social events. Our monthly meetings, held seven times a year, are always meticulously planned, featuring lectures by external speakers addressing current social conditions, as well as talks by celebrities who share the value of travel through their personal experiences. The cumulative number of meetings held has reached 407, and we are proud to be the voluntary association with such a long history. During our regularly held domestic and international study tours, we focus on making the experience a truly enjoyable and educational opportunity, where members can personally feel the joy of travel, deepen their interactions, and learn firsthand. Our customary "New Year's Lecture," held early in the new year, invites a diverse array of prominent figures as speakers and draws a large number of industry professionals.

In the current climate of uncertainty in the travel and tourism industries, The Travel Management Club serves as an extremely valuable venue where executives can relax, share information candidly, discuss concerns and challenges, and personally experience the joy of travel themselves so they can convey that happiness to their customers.
