(Entry Fees)

Article 1

1. Entry fees for TM Club members are as follows:

   New Regular Member	20,000 JPY
   The member who will change the organization or enterprise shall be considered as a new member.

(Membership Change)

Article 2

1. The Regular or Family membership change will be possible subject to the fees 10,000 JPY

(Annual Membership Fees)

Article 3

1. The annual membership fees cover the period from 01 April through 30 March each year as follows.

   Regular Member	Fees per person	110,000 JPY
   Family Member	Fees per person	50,000 JPY
   Senior Member	Fees per person	30,000 JPY
   Honorary Member	Free of charge

2. Entry fee for the members who participate on the halfway of the fiscal year shall be as follows according to the month.

(Attending to the meetings and the related expenses)

Article 4

1. Attending fees to the monthly meeting and membership fees are as under. Charges for the meeting (in case not free) shall be Yen 5,000 per occasion.

   Representative and guest attendance shall be subject to advance notice to the secretariat.

2. As for attendance at events other than monthly meetings such as seminars, symposiums, dinners, the fees shall be decided at board meetings each time, which shall be notified by the secretariat. Attending by deputies or guests shall be subject to prior notice to the secretariat.

(Cancellation charges)

Article 5

1. In case of an absence from the event without prior notice to the secretariat (by noon the day before the event), 5,000 JPY will be charged, which implies to all members concerned.

(Payment due date)

Article 6

1. All the payments concerning TM Club must be made within 30 days after the invoice from the secretariat.
